Equine Assisted Therapy and Learning, Equine Assisted Grief Counselling, Retreats, Events & Tailored Equine Experiences. Located in Fish Creek, South Gippsland, 2 hours from the Melbourne CBD, 1 Hours and 18 Minutes from the Latrobe Valley, and on the Melbourne—Yarram VLine route.
Stable and Nook, works with individuals and groups offering sessions for children, teens and adults. Equine Assisted Counselling is a form of animal assisted therapy where the horse acts as a co-facilitator and is an alternative to the usual 4 walls.
Please note: recent changes to the NDIS definition of ‘Animal Therapy’ has not effected our service. As a registered ‘therapist’ we are still able to offer our beautiful herd to you, as part of the therapeutic process. We DO NOT offer horse riding.
