Equine assisted counselling & Psychotherapy (Therapy)

IN HER OWN WORDS

“Really my main goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space within which my clients can explore what is important to them, be that a deep dive into their issues or just hanging out with my beautiful horses.

I help children realise their full potential, however that shows up. My connection with my beautiful herd of horses flows on to the children and adults I work with. They support me, to help you be the best you, you can be. I am the light that will help you find your way back to yourself.

I have a curiosity and vulnerability that I am not afraid to share with my clients. There is nothing false or pretentious about me and what you see is what you get. I see and feel you for who you are and am focussed on offering all my clients unconditional love and positive regard. My power comes from my heart connection and my depth of wisdom from a lifetime of experiences, good and bad.

I work intuitively and see you for who you really are, even the parts of you that you keep hidden. I tell kids that my Super Power is that I can feel what they are feeling. Not all the time, but it’s pretty cool when it happens. This might sound scary, but my calm and compassion bring out who you really are. I don’t just see a client and problem, but a story waiting to unfold.

Feedback has been that my sense of fun, curiosity and play is infectious. My lived experience helps me understand your challenges, and how you’re doing it tough. I’m totally okay with where you are at and am not afraid to ask the hard questions, and not afraid to sit with you in those dark places.

I have a particular interest in Youth Support & Personal Growth. I look forward to meeting you and working toward a brighter future together.”
